We are a federal law firm and have been providing businesses with all legal support and accounting functions (bookkeeping, personnel records) for over 20 years .
We have a powerful legal department, large-scale corporate clients, and high expertise.
We are looking for a strong BDM/hunter manager who can sell B2B services with a check from 300 thousand rubles to several million.
This role is for someone who loves sales, knows how to build trust, quickly immerses themselves in the product, and is committed to results!

Your mission, if you accept it:
Create and attract a stream of new major clients from scratch. Your database includes 1,800+ promising international companies. Your task is to identify those for whom perfect labor laws and HR processes are critical. You will be their first point of contact, diagnosing their hidden pain points and offering solutions that truly impact their business.
What you will be doing:
"Hunting" in the "cold": Search, reach out to, interest, and conduct initial meetings with top managers (HRD, CEO, CFO) of international companies.
Conduct 40 meetings per quarter: Your negotiations aren't about scripts, but about strategy, analyzing the client's business, and finding unobvious growth opportunities through our 38 expert products.
Be a process leader: Once the need is identified, you will lead the project internally, engaging the best lawyers and experts, and you will be able to invite the company owner to
the final negotiations.
Building long-term partnerships: Our product is designed to keep customers coming back at least three more times after a single purchase. Your job is to become their trusted advisor.
What we expect from you:
At least two years of experience and passion for cold sales of complex B2B services/consulting. You know how to engage decision-makers in 60 seconds and secure a meeting.
Real-life client development cases from scratch. Can you share how you found, convinced, and closed your first deal with a major company?
Systematic approach and autonomy. You plan your own day, work in a CRM (Bitrix24 or similar), and don't expect anyone to push you. You're an entrepreneur within the company .
High intelligence and confidence. You easily communicate with company executives, quickly grasp the essence of their business, and are able to communicate as an equal.
Passion and a focus on results. You're driven by big paychecks (the average is 500,000, but some are in the millions) and proud of your clients' status.
