The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, developing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Growth Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify new markets, OEM clients, distributors, and institutional buyers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, hospitals, distributors, and procurement teams. Lead negotiations for long-term contracts and strategic partnerships. Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction levels. 3. Sales & Revenue Management Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports. Monitor pricing strategies and margins. 4. Industry-Specific Responsibilities For Automobile & Rubber Industry: Develop business with automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers. Promote injection moulded parts, rubber components, gaskets, seals, and custom moulding solutions. Understand technical drawings and product specifications. For Medical Industry: Develop partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and distributors. Promote medical moulded components, consumables, or devices. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, CE, FDA where applicable).
