Backend Engineer (Fixed Term Contract) role: Position: Backend Engineer (FTC) Experience Required: 3–5 years Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA (FTC) Monthly Payout: ₹1.25L to ₹1.50L Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field preferred) Work Location: Bangalore (In Office) Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Backend Engineer with strong implementation experience in Node.js to support product development and backend services. The role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js Build and optimize RESTful APIs and server-side components Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product features Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices Handle database operations and backend integrations Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of backend development experience Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js Experience with API development and backend services Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL preferred) Basic Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge Strong focus on implementation work Interview Process: Ivy (AI Screening) Online Assessment Technical Coding Round – Node.js basics + 1 easy & 1 medium DSA problem Managerial Round – Implementation approach, execution & stakeholder handling Candidate Details Required: Updated CV Current & Expected CTC Notice Period Current Location This will be a contractual role for 6 months to 1 year.
