Manage and maintain relationships with key clients by acting as the primary back-office point of contact. Ensure timely response to client requests, clear communication, and delivery of services in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
Skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Motivated, trustworthy, and effective team player.
Experience
• Experience in Corporate Services, Government, Consultancy, or Professional Services environments is preferred.
• Proven administrative and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to international business environments is an advantage.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new responsibilities
