At Aiva Chat, we're looking for a strong B2B Sales Manager for a SaaS project. This role requires someone who doesn't wait for instructions and is able to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to signed contracts.
Aiva Chat is an AI platform for automating customer communications and support. We work with B2B clients, helping reduce agent workloads and improve service quality through smart scenarios and integrations.

What needs to be done
search for and attract B2B clients
collect and segment the database yourself
formulate and test sales hypotheses
build an outbound funnel
communicate with LPR
conduct meetings and presentations
accompany transactions until payment
develop long-term relationships with clients
In essence, this is a complete sales cycle end to end.
We are looking for a person who
has real experience in B2B sales or business development
knows how to get deals instead of waiting for incoming leads
understanding of enterprise and mid-market markets
ready to work autonomously and take responsibility for the results
has skills in negotiation and building trusting relationships
thinks in terms of hypotheses, funnels, and unit economics
confidently uses CRM and sales tools
focused on results and growth of receipts and LTV
