The jobholder is required to help represent Axios in daily meetings pharmaceutical company and other involved stakeholders on a country and regional level such representation will help to understand their needs, communicate and position our services, demonstrate our know-how, and articulate our competitive advantages in the market. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on opportunities identified by Axios business leaders for new projects or for expanding projects with the pharmaceutical industry at local and regional levels • Capture business development opportunities in the business development CRM. Similarly capture stakeholder insights in the related database. • Request, support and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and understand the local changes that may affect business opportunities as well as Axios projects • Present monthly business opportunity reports using the CRM with clear metrics and KPIs • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies • Follow up on leads within 1 business day of initial contact • From time to time you may be required to engage with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with Axios’ mission and values. • Work directly with the Chief Business Officer and Business Excellence Team. • Provide regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape • Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to growth initiatives • Support the development of service offerings based on market demands • Attend industry events, conferences, or networking sessions • Represent, the company at trade shows and industry forums • Monitor industry regulations and policy changes that may impact Axios' business operations, providing strategic guidance and advocacy as needed. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Axios' programs, services, and industry trends, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
