University graduate Minimum of 3 years of business management experience, preferably in the sports or retail industry Experienced in team management and coordination Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented, disciplined, and good at follow-up Always cheerful, energetic, and positive Customer-focused and solution-oriented Strong communication skills and successful in interpersonal relations Responsible and highly self-aware What Will You Do? Ensure smooth club operations (equipment checks, handling technical issues, maintaining order and cleanliness, etc.) Plan weekly and monthly shifts for the sports team Prepare and update the group class schedule and inform members accordingly Monitor, supervise, guide, and coordinate the work of the sports and sales teams Manage membership-related processes (freezing, cancellations, measurement appointments, complaints, requests, etc.) Maintain communication with the head office, prepare complete and accurate reports, and share them with relevant parties on time Represent the company in the best possible way to members and business partners APPLY NOW : https://www.linkedin.com/jobs
