About the job Your tasks : Interaction with clients (distributors, current and potential) of various segments - industrial enterprises, artisan bakeries, retail, HoReCa - in terms of promoting and selling ingredients for bakery and confectionery production; Area of ​​responsibility (Tula, Kaluga, Smolensk, Bryansk, Tambov regions); Sales budget execution; Entering and maintaining up-to-date client data in the company’s information system; Conducting negotiations with clients and concluding contracts in accordance with the Company's policies in order to achieve the most favorable terms of cooperation for the Company on existing and new Company Products; Formation of commercial proposals; Accounts receivable control; Drawing up sales plans and monitoring their implementation; Visits to clients for negotiations, product presentations, seminars, innovation days; Control of financial discipline of clients and payment terms; Organization of individual and group master classes, demonstrations and seminars; Preparation, conclusion and control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations with clients for the supply of goods; Maintenance of working and reporting documentation (SAP, CRM, forecast-order, application for development); Implementation of cross-functional interaction with the company's departments; Requirements: Experience in B2B sales in the food industry; Higher education, specializing in food technology is welcome; Confident PC user (Windows, Word, Excel, SAP, Power-point); Presentation skills; Negotiation skills; Good communication skills; Readiness for the traveling nature of work; High degree of concentration, high speed of response to requests; Ability to work in a team; Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
