PrimeDefense USA Agency Is Hiring for Architecture Manager The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in St. Petersburg. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other project team members. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of architectural principles and practices. Strong communication skills are also essential, as the Architecture Manager will be required to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion - Provide guidance and direction to project team members - Review project plans, designs, drawings, and specifications - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement processes - Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise - Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications - Mentor junior staff members on best practices in architecture Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management - Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes - Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders -Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail -Familiarity with biometric passport requirements preferred -Must be fluent in English Salary: $900 per month Location: St. Petersburg (no accommodation provided) Note: Preference will be given to Kenyan candidates with biometric passports.
