You will design and develop LLM-based pipelines, optimize model performance, and ship real production-grade AI features used by thousands of users. 🔹 Responsibilities • Develop, fine-tune, and optimize ML/LLM models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. • Design RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and advanced vector databases (Faiss, Milvus, Pinecone). • Integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications (APIs, microservices, and automation systems). • Build and maintain ETL workflows using Airflow or Prefect. • Optimize inference with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, quantization, and model distillation. • Deploy and scale models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features. 🔹 Bonus Points • Experience with LLM agents, multi-modal models, or reinforcement learning. • Experience building AI automations using n8n or similar. • Strong background in model optimization (quantization, pruning Skills 🔹 Requirements • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face. • Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs. • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, ChatGPT OSS, or similar frameworks. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. • Solid understanding of data engineering and workflow orchestration (Airflow / Prefect).
