Funds Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within Euroclear's Funds business. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end Epic delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple squads and tribes in an Agile environment. You will play a key part in driving governance, managing budgets and risks, and fostering collaboration across international teams. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Epic Delivery: Manage the day-to-day delivery of Epics, coordinating activities across multiple squads and tribes to ensure timely and efficient execution. Epic Governance: Set up and maintain Epic governance structures, including work product lists, key members, and governance meetings. Budget & Risk Management: Oversee the Epic budget, manage risks and impediments, and support the Epic Business Owner in defining and delivering Epic benefits. Stakeholder Engagement: Funnel the right information to delivery teams, ensuring requirements, business context, and validation are clearly communicated. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular progress updates to SteerCo and other governance bodies, maintain the Epic Dashboard, and ensure transparency on status, risks, and value delivery. Dependency & Ecosystem Management: Identify, manage, and follow up on dependencies with enabler teams and external parties as required. Prioritization & Synchronization: Ensure good prioritization and synchronization of features across tribes, working closely with Tribe Product Owners (TPOs) and Product Owners (POs) through Epic Sync ceremonies. Compliance & Controls: Ensure Epic delivery is under control and compliant with IT controls at the Epic level. Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and adoption of best practices in Epic delivery. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in large-scale IT delivery, preferably in an Agile environment and/or financial services context. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance in a regulated environment. Ability to drive alignment and collaboration across diverse teams and functions, including cross-border teams in Poland, Sweden, and France. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. Preferred Experience Experience in the funds industry or with Euroclear's FundsPlace platform. Familiarity with Euroclear's IT controls, governance, and delivery standards. Experience managing external vendors or third-party contributors. Exposure to performance, security, and regulatory requirements in financial IT environments. Why Join Us?
