Advertising Services Sales Manager (Digital)
Full-time | Hybrid format
OWL AGENCY is a digital agency specializing in performance advertising, brand promotion, SMM, and digital production. We support companies in Russia and abroad, creating impactful campaigns and measurable results.
Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking a sales manager who is skilled in working with digital products and is comfortable with marketers and executives.
Tasks
• Managing the full sales cycle: from the first contact to closing the deal.
• Sale of agency services:
• targeted advertising (VK, Meta*, etc.),
• contextual advertising (Yandex.Direct, Google Ads),
• outdoor and digital-outdoor advertising,
• website development,
• SMM support and digital strategy.
• Conducting meetings and presentations for marketing directors and owners.
• Formation and management of your own sales funnel.
• Achieving KPIs of 1 million rubles in revenue per month.
• Participation in client onboarding together with the marketing and creative team.
*Meta is listed as an advertising product.
Development prospects
After successfully completing the probationary period:

We offer
• Salary from 80,000 to 120,000 ₽ (or $800–$1,200) + % of sales.

We will be glad if you have
✔ At least 1 year of sales experience in digital/advertising/media/IT/marketing.
✔ Understanding of advertising tools, funnel metrics, KPIs, and CPA/ROMI logic.
✔ Skills in business communication with marketing directors.
✔ Ability to conduct presentations and negotiations.
It will be a plus
✨ Experience with Yandex.Direct, VK Ads, Google Ads, and outdoor advertising.
✨ The desire to sell solutions with measurable results, rather than services based on specific tasks.
