Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Project Assistance:
Support the coordination and execution of projects or initiatives.
Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide research and data collection to assist with project planning.
Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing information or directing to appropriate team members.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
Draft emails, memos, and other communications as needed.
Data Management:
Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reporting purposes.
Maintain and update databases or tracking systems.
Skills
English proficiency (spoken and written) is a must.
A university graduate in business management to assist all tasks related to the project.
Fluent in verbal and written English and Arabic.
Good communication skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint,
