Job Description
HR Office is responsible for assisting in building The Bridge Co.’s organizational capability and effectiveness through excellent HR practices covering manpower planning, recruitment, personnel administration, performance management, training & development, ethical and legal compliance and reward management to enhance employee commitment and retention in The Bridge Co.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer the implementation of recruitment, testing and selection procedures and ensure the application of equal opportunity principle.
Implement activities related to recruiting, reviewing applications and CVs, evaluating applicant skills, making recommendations based on the applicant qualifications, preliminary interviews as well as conducting reference checks on possible candidates.
Prepare employment offers and contracts for new employees after completion of the selection process as per the terms and conditions of the Saudi Labor Law and in accordance with the policies and procedures of The Bridge Co.
Organize and document the contractual relationship to maintain the right of both parties according to terms and conditions of the contract, applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure the availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with department managers to reflect any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions; administer the development of job descriptions for the new created positions.
Conduct new employee orientation to prepare them for the organization’s culture and foster positive attitude towards The Bridge Co. in order to provide new employees with the appropriate knowledge about The Bridge Co. and the job.
Assist in the development of training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
