One of the World Bank Group’s core programs, the World Bank Young Professionals Program (WBG YPP) 2026, aims to recruit and nurture the next generation of international development professionals. It provides a special chance for young professionals to start their careers as Associate Investment Officers, Technical Specialists, or Economists on a two-year initial appointment that might be extended into a five-year renewable contract depending on performance.
