The small creatures that are essential to our oceans are the subject of the 2026 topic, “Microscopic Marine Life.” Students are required to produce artwork that illustrates how microscopic life helps ocean creatures, sustains marine ecosystems, and affects the health of the globe. Students between the ages of 11 and 19 are eligible to compete for scholarships, receive certificates, and receive recognition. First place will receive a $500 scholarship, second place will receive $350, and third place will receive $200.
