There is no TOEFL or IELTS requirement, and applicants from all around the world are welcome to apply. The purpose of the summit is to study the relationship between technology and diplomacy by bringing together policymakers, youth leaders, technological experts, and global leaders. The program will focus on how new technologies are changing international collaboration and global governance. Discussions on AI governance, digital diplomacy, public leadership innovation, and cross-cultural leadership techniques will take place over the course of four days.
