The British Academy foreign Fellowship provides essential foreign exposure to outstanding early career scholars as they begin their journey toward independent research. The goal of this two-year initiative is to draw and keep international talent in the UK while fostering a mobile and interconnected research community. Qualified applicants are invited to apply to the University of Cambridge’s Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities (CRASSH). The main objective of the fellowship is to attract skilled foreign researchers to the UK in order to develop a robust research and innovation workforce. Through networking and the International Fellowships alumni network, it helps them create long-term professional ties, acquire and share new skills through training, and pursue high-quality, original research.
