Delhi Technological University invites applications for admission to its M.Tech. programmes for the academic session 2026–27. Delhi Technological University (formerly Delhi College of Engineering) is a premier institution recognized for excellence in engineering, research, and innovation. The university offers a wide range of interdisciplinary and industry-oriented M.Tech. programmes across engineering, technology, and allied fields. Available M.Tech. disciplines include Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, VLSI Design and Embedded Systems, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Geotechnical Engineering, Production Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Bioinformatics, Industrial Biotechnology, Geoinformatics, and several other specialized branches. Admissions are offered under multiple categories including GATE-qualified candidates, non-GATE candidates based on university-level admission test (for vacant seats), part-time mode, and sponsored mode. GATE-qualified candidates are eligible for AICTE scholarship benefits as per norms. Non-GATE candidates may be considered based on merit in the admission test subject to availability of seats. Online registration opens on 26 May 2026 from 10:00 AM and the last date for submission of applications is 23 June 2026 up to 11:59 PM. The application processing fee is Rs. 1500 (non-refundable).
