International students can study in Germany with full funding thanks to the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Scholarship 2026. The scholarship, which is available to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, covers tuition and living expenses in addition to a monthly stipend of €1,400 for PhD programs and €992 for master’s programs.
