Office of the Commissioner, Tribal Welfare, Government of Jharkhand has issued an important notification regarding the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), and Backward Class (BC) students studying in post-matric courses during the academic session 2025-26. As per the Jharkhand State Post Matric Scholarship Rules, 2022, eligible students can submit their applications online through the E-Kalyan Portal. The application timeline has been extended as follows: • Last date for students to submit online applications: 30 June 2026 • Last date for verification by Institute Nodal Officer (INO): 10 July 2026 • Last date for verification by District Nodal Officer (DNO): 10 October 2026 Eligible students are advised to complete the application process within the revised schedule and ensure all required documents are submitted correctly.
