The DAAD MIDE Scholarship is available to deserving overseas students who want to study in Germany from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology. The 18-month Master’s program in International and Development Economics (MIDE), which is taught exclusively in English, is supported by this fully financed fellowship. It includes a €11,208 annual living stipend, travel expenses, and tuition. Additionally, a monthly rent subsidy and allowances for family members traveling with them may be granted to scholars. Students from poor and transitional nations, as well as individuals with an interest in global development issues, are the target audience for this program. Graduates are prepared for jobs in international economic development and policy. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a similar social science with an emphasis on economics is required of applicants.
