The University of Kashmir, Srinagar has declared Shabir Ahmad Bhat, S/o Ab Rahman Bhat, qualified for the award of the Ph.D. degree in Political Science. He completed his Integrated Ph.D. programme on a whole-time basis with a thesis titled “Assessing the Reservation Policies of Jammu and Kashmir: A Case Study of Gujjar Bakarwal Community” under the supervision of Dr. Anjum Ara Shamim.
