Education minister Nara Lokesh on Tuesday announced the results of the Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (AP PECET) 2026 through his account on social media platform X. Congratulating the successful candidates, Lokesh said the results reflected the growing interest among youth in pursuing careers in physical education and sports. According to the results, 4,037 candidates registered for AP PECET 2026, while 2,958 appeared for the examination. Of them, 2,655 candidates qualified, registering an overall pass percentage of 89.76 per cent. Among the successful candidates, 1,993 were men and 662 were women. The pass percentage among male candidates is 92.91 per cent, while that of women candidates is 81.43 per cent.
