Interested and qualified agencies must download the prescribed format from the official website at utconline.uk.gov.in. Completed proposals must be physically submitted to the General Manager (Operations) at the Head Office in Transport Bhawan, Dehradun, on or before July 18, 2026, by 3:00 PM.
