The State Health Systems Resource Centre (SHSRC), Uttar Pradesh, under the Department of Hospital Administration, Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, invites applications for purely temporary, contract-based engagement for the following positions: 1. Senior Consultant (3 Posts) The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing high-level technical and strategic support in health systems strengthening, program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The role involves policy guidance, coordination with state health authorities, preparation of technical reports, and supporting evidence-based decision-making for health system reforms in Uttar Pradesh. 2. Junior Consultant (3 Posts) The Junior Consultant will assist in program implementation, data analysis, field coordination, documentation, and preparation of reports. The role includes supporting senior consultants in research activities, field assessments, and monitoring of ongoing health system initiatives under SHSRC-U.P. 3. Field Coordinator (3 Posts) The Field Coordinator will be responsible for field-level coordination, data collection, supervision of field activities, liaison with district health units, and ensuring timely submission of reports. The role also includes supporting implementation activities at ground level and maintaining communication between field teams and the central office.
