Canara Bank invites offers under a two-bid system from owners of commercial premises for leasing suitable space for a branch/office at Rainawari, District Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. The required premises should be located on the ground floor with a frontage of approximately 25–30 feet and adequate parking space. The carpet area required is up to 2000 sq. ft. The premises must be ready for occupation and should have a three-phase power connection with a load capacity of 20–25 KW, including provision for transformer installation at the owner’s cost, if required. Interested property owners may obtain application forms from the Circle Office, Chandigarh or Regional Office Jammu, or download them from the bank’s official website. The completed offers in sealed envelopes, clearly superscribed “Offer for Bank Premises at Rainawari, District Srinagar, J&K”, must be submitted to the General Administration Section, Circle Office, Chandigarh on or before 10 July 2026 up to 3:00 PM. The bank will deal directly with landlords without intermediaries and reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning reasons.
