Northern Railway has issued an e-tender notice through the Dy. Chief Electrical Engineer/Construction, Northern Railway, DRM Office, New Delhi for execution of electrical traction works under the One Packet System. The scope of work includes design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and modification of 25 KV single-phase AC traction system for the provision of a longer loop line in both Up and Down directions at Nangloi on the Delhi–Bathinda section. The completion period for the work is 12 months, and the approximate cost of the project is Rs. 1,70,89,399.76. The bid security amount is Rs. 3,41,800, to be deposited online. The e-tender will be available for submission on the IREPS portal from 02.07.2026 to 16.07.2026 up to 15:00 hours. The tender will be opened on 16.07.2026 at 15:00 hours immediately after the submission closing time.
