Northern Railway has invited open e-tenders for multiple civil and infrastructure development works under various sections of ADEN/PNP and ADEN/KUN. The proposed works mainly focus on passenger amenity improvements and safety enhancements at railway platforms and level crossing areas. The scope of work includes provision of facilities for Divyangjan such as toilets for gents and ladies, ramps, railings, drinking water booths, tactile paths, and other accessibility improvements at selected stations. Additional works include elimination of level crossings through construction of limited height subways (LHS), improvement of road approaches, replacement of worn-out CC pavers, installation of speed breakers and signages, safety fencing, painting of sliding barriers, provision and maintenance of height gauges, retro-reflective tape, and related safety infrastructure. The estimated project costs vary across different work packages, with completion periods ranging from 9 months to 12 months depending on the scope. Earnest money deposits are applicable as per individual work values. The last date for submission of tenders is 14.07.2026 up to 15:00 hrs, and the opening of tenders will take place at 15:00 hrs on the same day through the IREPS portal. Similar nature of work includes civil works excluding track works, and bridge construction works for specified packages. The tender reference includes multiple NIT numbers under the Northern Railway e-procurement system.
