The Superintending Engineer, North Circle, SWM Sector, KMDA, has invited an online e-RFP (two-part system) from reliable, resourceful, bona fide and experienced firms, companies, individual contractors, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Joint Ventures for selection of a concessionaire for biomining of legacy waste and reclamation of dumpsite land using scientific methods, along with establishment, operation and maintenance of a Permanent Integrated Municipal Solid Waste Processing Plant at Titagarh Municipality, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, on a Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) basis (4th Call). The project includes processing of legacy waste and fresh municipal solid waste in compliance with Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The EMD/Bid Security is ₹10,00,000.
