Request for Proposal (RFP) – Environmental, Social & Gender Specialists The Disaster Management Cell, Government of Himachal Pradesh, under the Himachal Pradesh Disaster Risk Reduction and Preparedness (HP DRRP) Program, has invited proposals from eligible consultancy firms for providing Environmental, Social and Gender Specialists. The engagement is aimed at supporting disaster risk reduction and preparedness initiatives across the state.
