The revision extends the online bid submission deadline to 2:00 PM on June 27, 2026, and accepts Bank Guarantees (BG) for the ₹4,60,000 EMD. Key adjustments also include decreasing the performance security from 10% to 5% of the contract value and scaling down required deployed resources from 35 to 21 personnel.
