Aravali Power Company Private Limited, a joint venture of NTPC Ltd., HPGCL and IPGCL, has issued an Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for allocation of dry fly ash from its Indira Gandhi Super Thermal Power Project (IGSTPP), Jharli, District Jhajjar, Haryana. In line with the Ministry of Power guidelines dated 30.01.2026 regarding utilization and allocation of fly ash, APCPL invites eligible Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) engaged in manufacturing ash-based products, as well as local users, to participate in this EOI process. Total quantity offered: 3,80,000 MT of dry fly ash, including a minimum of 80,000 MT reserved for local users. Contract period: One year. Offer price: ₹290 per MT plus GST. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹15,000.
