The East Central Railway has invited an online e-tender for ultrasonic testing of SKV/IA welds using contractor-provided weld testers and operators across nominated routes. The work also includes hand probing and flange testing as per Indian Railway Standard Specifications (RDSO guidelines, revised 2020 and 2022). The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,76,30,250 with an Earnest Money Deposit of ₹3,52,700. The tender is being processed through the e-procurement system.
