Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC), Government of NCT of Delhi, has issued an open e-tender for the engagement of a Life Insurance Company for providing a Group Insurance Policy in lieu of the Employee Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI) scheme. The procurement will be conducted through the GeM portal under an open e-tendering process. The selected insurance provider will be responsible for implementing and managing the group insurance coverage for eligible DTC employees as per tender conditions. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) has been waived, subject to submission of a declaration by the bidder. The last date for submission of bids is 23.06.2026 up to 17:00 hrs on the GeM portal. The technical bid will be opened on 23.06.2026 at 17:30 hrs at the DTC Headquarters, IP Estate, New Delhi. The financial bid opening will be conducted separately for technically qualified bidders, and details will be communicated later. All bid documents must be properly numbered, signed, and stamped by authorized signatories. The total number of pages must be mentioned in the covering letter.
