Description: Vikram Solar Limited has announced that its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines. The AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2025–26 will be sent electronically to members with registered email addresses and will also be available on the company's website and the websites of the stock exchanges. Shareholders will be able to attend the AGM virtually and participate through remote e-voting as well as e-voting during the meeting. Members are advised to update their email addresses, bank details, nominations, and other records with their Depository Participant or the Registrar and Transfer Agent to ensure seamless communication and participation in the AGM.
