Voith Paper Fabrics India Limited has informed its shareholders that equity shares relating to unpaid or unclaimed dividends for the financial year 2018–19, which have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more, are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the IEPF Rules.
Individual notices have already been sent to the concerned shareholders. If no valid claim or communication is received by 31 July 2026, the Company will initiate the transfer of the eligible shares to the IEPF Authority without any further notice.
The list of affected shareholders has been uploaded under the Investor Relations section of the Company's website. Shareholders are advised to verify their details and claim any pending dividends before the transfer process is completed.
Shareholders holding physical share certificates should note that, after the transfer to the IEPF Authority, the original share certificates will be deemed cancelled and non-negotiable. For shares held in demat form, the corresponding shares will be debited from the shareholder's demat account. Once transferred, the dividend and shares can only be reclaimed from the IEPF Authority by following the prescribed procedure.
