TIL Limited has announced that its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at G.D. Birla Sabhagar, Kolkata. The Notice of the AGM and Annual Report will be sent electronically to members whose email IDs are registered with the Company, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, or Depository Participants. Members whose email IDs are not registered will receive a communication containing the web link to the Annual Report through post at their registered addresses.
