The Special Window will remain open from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 to facilitate the transfer and conversion of physical share certificates that were sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019 and were earlier rejected, returned, or left unattended due to documentation or procedural deficiencies.
Shareholders are advised that only complete requests accompanied by original share certificates, valid transfer deeds, and supporting documents will be considered during this period. As per SEBI guidelines, all approved transfers will be credited in dematerialised form in the transferee’s demat account and will be subject to a lock-in period of one year from the date of registration. During this lock-in period, such shares cannot be transferred, pledged, or lien-marked.
