Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Power Distribution Corporation Ltd. informs all consumers that the Hon’ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) has approved the True-up of Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) for FY 2024–25 for the supply area of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu vide Order dated 16 June 2026 in Petition No. 165 of 2026 filed by DNHDDPDCL. As per the said Order, the Hon’ble Commission has approved a Regulatory Surcharge of 3.77%, effective from 01 July 2026. This surcharge shall be applicable in addition to the already approved tariff and regulatory surcharge of 5.00% for FY 2026–27 as per Order dated 25 September 2025 in Petition No. 145 of 2025. In case of any inconsistency between this notice and the Orders issued by the Hon’ble Commission dated 16 June 2026 and 25 September 2025, the provisions of the said Orders shall prevail.
