Auditorium, Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), ATIRA Campus, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Marg, Ahmedabad – 380015. The agenda of the meeting includes consideration and approval of the Scheme of Amalgamation of The Bhagyodaya Co-operative Bank Limited with The Kalupur Commercial Co-operative Bank Limited, along with any other matter permitted by the Chairman. In case of lack of quorum, the meeting shall be adjourned and reconvened after half an hour at the same venue, and the proceedings shall be deemed valid.
