Under this special window, eligible shareholders whose transfer requests were earlier rejected or returned, and whose cases fall within the prescribed SEBI guidelines, may resubmit their transfer requests along with complete and valid documents. All such requests will be processed only in dematerialized form. Cases not covered under this window include disputes between transferor and transferee and securities already transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
