The Company has opened a special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares as per SEBI circular dated 30 January 2026. This facility is applicable to transfer requests originally lodged before 1 April 2019 but were rejected or not processed due to documentation deficiencies or other reasons. The window remains open until 4 February 2027. Eligible shareholders must submit complete and valid documents along with demat account details and Client Master List for processing, as all approved transfers will be issued only in dematerialized form.
