IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust has announced that its 9th Annual Meeting (AM) will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Notice of the Annual Meeting and the Annual Report for FY 2025–26 have been sent electronically to eligible unitholders. Unitholders can participate in the meeting through the VC/OAVM facility and can cast their votes through the remote e-voting facility or during the meeting via e-voting.
