The Company has fixed Thursday, 25 June 2026 as the record date for determining eligible holders of partly paid-up rights equity shares. This is for issuing the first and final call notice of ₹5 per share on 2,11,72,007 outstanding partly paid-up equity shares (₹1 toward face value and ₹4 toward securities premium). The shares were allotted on 30 July 2025 under the rights issue as per the Letter of Offer dated 1 July 2025.
