Fischer Medical Ventures Limited has issued a public notice regarding a proposed transfer of 50 equity shares (Folio No. 010775, Distinctive Nos. 602221–602270). The request has been made by Mr. Ratanchand Sumerchand Bafna, who has claimed to have purchased the shares but was unable to complete the transfer in his name. Any person having a claim over the above-mentioned securities is requested to submit supporting documentary evidence to the Company within 30 days from the date of the notice. If no valid claim is received within the stipulated period, the Company will proceed with the transfer of the securities in favour of the proposed transferee without any further intimation.
