Everest Industries Limited has informed its shareholders that, pursuant to the SEBI Circular dated January 30, 2026, a special one-time window is open from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027 for the re-lodgement of eligible physical share transfer requests and dematerialisation (demat) of physical shares that were sold or purchased before April 1, 2019. The facility is available for eligible transfer requests that were either not lodged earlier or were rejected, returned, or left unattended due to documentation or procedural deficiencies, subject to the conditions specified by SEBI. Shareholders must submit the original share certificate, transfer deed, client master list, and other required documents. Shares transferred under this special window will be credited only in demat form and will remain under a one-year lock-in period from the date of transfer registration.
