Duncan Engineering Limited has announced that its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 24 July 2026 at 3:30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. The AGM Notice and Annual Report for the financial year 2025–26 will be sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar & Transfer Agent (MUFG Intime India Private Limited), or their Depository Participants. Shareholders who have not registered their email addresses will receive a physical communication containing the web link to access the Annual Report.
