Dhanuka Agritech Limited has announced that its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company will send the AGM Notice and Annual Report for FY 2025–26 electronically to shareholders with registered email addresses. Shareholders who have not updated their email IDs are advised to do so with their Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (for physical shares) or Depository Participant (for demat shares). The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share (100%) for FY 2025–26. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is 17 July 2026. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before 2 September 2026 after applicable TDS deductions. Shareholders are also requested to update their KYC details, PAN, bank account information, nomination details, and email address to ensure timely receipt of dividend payments through electronic mode.
