NOTICE In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 for all Directors, Designated Employees, Insiders, Promoters, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration and publication of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. During the closure period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are strictly prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the securities of the Company.
